Our Founders

We were founded in 2008 by career transition experts Teresa Daly and Mary Kloehn. Their pioneering leadership redefined executive transition services and established Navigate Forward as industry experts.

Our CEO, Anne deBruin Sample, pictured here between Teresa and Mary, purchased the company from them in 2019.
