Lisa Marie Carlson loves helping individuals achieve their full potential. Throughout her career, she’s helped leaders and teams identify their strengths, open new doors and move forward with greater impact. Her experience spans global tech companies, national food service chains and non-profit organizations.
Lisa Marie honed her skills in Silicon Valley, where she led a variety of talent management activities for Microsoft, talent sourcing for tech startups and programs for Stanford University. She has also held leadership positions in human resources with Coffee & Bagel Brands, International Car Wash Group, Dish Network and Arrow Electronics, directing everything from global talent management and onboarding, to learning and development and diversity initiatives.
In 2014, Lisa Marie relocated from the west coast to Denver, Colorado, where she launched her coaching and consulting practice, Cultivate with LM. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human and organizational development and psychology from Vanderbilt University, and a master’s of science in organizational leadership from the University of Colorado.
Outside the office, you’ll find Lisa Marie enjoying time with her niece, chasing the sunrise or exploring Colorado’s many state parks. She loves to travel and has visited six of the seven continents and 47 of the 50 states. She’s active with the Women’s Bean Project, a social enterprise that empowers under-employed women.
