Across Andrew Craven’s career, there’s been one constant: change. He excels at helping organizations and individuals traverse new situations and execute transformation to realize their goals. At Navigate Forward, he enjoys working one-on-one with senior leaders to help them solve problems, envision new paths and ultimately, get better at what they already do best.
Andrew’s experience includes extensive work in corporate change management, project leadership, management consulting and sales. In each role, he worked with key executives across lines of business to facilitate new strategies, achieve consensus and deliver measurable results. Prior to joining Navigate Forward, he worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including Best Buy, Medtronic, Securian Financial Group and Royal Bank of Canada, and as an independent consultant. He also supported jobseekers in transition while at outplacement firm Lee Hecht Harrison.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. His professional certifications include Prosci Change Management Professional, Project Management Professional and Scrum Master. He is charter member and past board member of the Minnesota Change Management Network and past volunteer with the Project Management Institute.
Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and playing strategy board games. He also volunteers with Feed My Starving Children.
