Clients, alumni and friends of Navigate Forward may rarely meet Alecia Nelson face-to-face, but it’s her work behind the scenes that keeps our engagements flowing smoothly. As Office Administrator, she provides invaluable support to our entire leadership team and executive consultants.

Alecia thrives on details and enjoys using her communication and organizational skills to keep a variety of projects on track (often at the same time). We appreciate her efficiency, positive energy and sense of humor.

A recent graduate from the University of Minnesota, Alecia holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with a minor in leadership. Prior to joining Navigate Forward, she honed her skills with administrative roles at financial services, healthcare and non-profit organizations.

Outside the office, you’ll find Alecia enjoying long walks with her husband and golden retriever Luna, tackling home improvement projects, listening to live music or cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Timberwolves. She shares her talents with her church, including facilitating leadership meetings and running a weekly youth group for middle school girls.
