Anne has spent more than 30 years helping organizations develop exceptional leaders and guiding executives through pivotal moments of growth and change. As an executive coach and talent development leader, she brings deep expertise in leadership assessment, executive coaching, succession planning, and organizational development.
Throughout her career, Anne built and led talent management and leadership development functions for Fortune 500 companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Turner Broadcasting, Global Payments, and Equifax. She is known for recognizing potential in others and helping leaders gain the clarity, confidence, and self-awareness needed to navigate new opportunities and increased leadership responsibility.
Drawing on her extensive corporate experience and certifications as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC), Anne partners with executives as they prepare for what’s next, whether that means stepping into a larger leadership role, navigating career transition, or planning for a meaningful next chapter. She helps leaders translate insight into action, strengthen their leadership effectiveness, and move forward with intention.
Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in human resource development from Georgia State University.
She lives in Atlanta and is active in several community organizations, currently serving as grant chair for Ribbons of Hope, a women’s philanthropic organization. Outside of work, Anne enjoys tennis, pickleball, and hiking in the mountains of North Carolina.
