As Chief Operations Officer for Navigate Forward, Jill Aleshire spends most of her time behind the scenes, but her vital role keeps the business running smoothly for our valued clients and our team of executive consultants.
Jill excels at managing complex projects that result in significant improvements. She’s adept at leveraging the right technology, processes and people to achieve stronger experiences for employees, customers and stakeholders. She brings amazing organizational skills, financial acumen and change management expertise to her role.
Prior to Navigate Forward, Jill held executive positions in operations, human resources and technology. She led large-scale transformation projects at a number of diverse organizations, from Coffee & Bagel Brands to 3M and Thrivent Financial.
Jill holds a master’s degree in organizational development from Colorado State University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Spanish from Concordia College.
Outside the office, you’ll likely find Jill planning her next adventure. Travel is a passion; she’s visited a variety of countries and is quickly checking off all 50 states (four to go!). She also enjoys spending time with her partner Mike, her two stepdaughters and their orange tabby cat Rudy.
