Bob Gillman has successfully coached many executives during their career transition. Bob was one of the first consultants hired by Navigate Forward and excels at helping clients find their next career opportunity. Previously, Bob spent over 30 years in the retained search business. Bob completed searches for companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to small, closely held firms. His expertise spans sectors that include medical technology, manufacturing, financial services and communications. Prior to starting Gillman Consulting, Inc., Bob spent twenty years with two Twin Cities-based search firms. He began his career in human resources management positions at several international companies.
