As VP, Market Growth and Principal Advisor, Yolanda E. Brown is responsible for building our brand and driving growth in new markets, providing direct support to senior clients, serving as a resource for think tanks, and leading solutions for high-priority client needs.
Yolanda’s extensive experience in career services, business development, management, and executive coaching makes her uniquely suited to this key role. Organized and energetic, she excels at leading teams and motivating others.
Most recently, Yolanda led the Houston, Texas, office of outplacement and career services firm Lee Hecht Harrison. For over a decade, she worked directly with job seekers to help them achieve their goals while managing a team of career coaches. Earlier in her career, she led a national sales team for American Express, where she was twice recognized for outstanding performance. She began her career in broadcasting.
Yolanda is a cum laude graduate of Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina. She holds a certificate in Executive Business Management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and is currently pursuing her professional coaching certification with Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy.
Outside the office, she’s a longtime supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the Houston Food Bank, as well as a past board member of the YMCA in Fort Bend county, Texas. In her downtime, she enjoys staying active. Yolanda loves music, dancing, and spending time with her husband Raymond. She lives in Sugar Land, Texas.
