As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Yolanda E. Brown ensures the entire Navigate Forward team delivers exceptional, personalized services to our executive clients. She leads our powerhouse team of executive consultants and oversees our proprietary tools and processes.

Yolanda’s extensive experience in career services, business development, management, and executive coaching make her uniquely suited to this key role. Organized and energetic, she excels at leading teams and motivating others.

Most recently, Yolanda led the Houston, Texas, office of outplacement and career services firm Lee Hecht Harrison. For more than a decade, she worked directly with jobseekers to achieve their goals while simultaneously managing a team of career coaches. Earlier in her career, she led a national sales team for American Express; she was twice recognized for outstanding performance with a sales excellence award. She began her career in broadcasting.

Yolanda is a cum laude graduate of Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina. She holds a certificate in Executive Business Management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and is currently pursuing her professional coaching certification with Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy.

Outside the office, she’s a longtime supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the Houston Food Bank, as well as a past board member of the YMCA in Fort Bend county, Texas. In her downtime, she enjoys staying active. Yolanda loves music, dancing, and spending time with her husband Raymond. She lives in Sugar Land, Texas.
