Mary transitioned from full-time corporate leadership to focus on coaching and consulting in 2024. Mary’s coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that growth often begins in discomfort. An avid downhill skier, she reflects, “If you don’t wipe out a few times, you’re not pushing yourself, learning and growing.” Her clients value her ability to create psychologically safe spaces while challenging them to stretch, adapt, and lead with authenticity.
For Mary, the arts have always been more than performance—they’re how we connect, heal, learn, and grow as individuals and as communities. She has served on the boards of the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts and the Fitzgerald Theater, supports local theater and dance companies, and sings weekly in a beloved choir.
