Patty has been a human resources executive in both the public and private sectors – working with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies helping to lead strategic transformations, build healthy cultures and manage positive outcomes during mergers, acquisitions and sales. Patty has a reputation of building trusted relationships with senior leaders and executive teams within diverse industries – including, computer storage, software, medical technology, consumer electronics, retail and distribution.

Most recently Patty was EVP of Human Resources at Datalink where she led the HR function for this $700M organization. Prior to that, she had HR Leadership roles at Imation, Fingerhut, Petters Group and Polaroid.

Patty is skilled at facilitating career conversations and understands the personal challenges of managing through unexpected work transitions. She knows first-hand the journey for a successful executive career, and lends her human resources expertise to help Navigate Forward clients find their passion, path and, ultimately, the right place. Patty brings a style of high energy, action orientation, and agility to the Navigate Forward team.

Outside of work, Patty carries her high energy to the playground. She loves to be outdoors, and bikes, golfs, hikes and downhill skis. In the past, travel for work has taken her worldwide, but now she is filling her bucket list with leisure travel. The important part of her activities – family, friends, and dog in tow!
