We recommend outplacement benefits be offered as soon as possible. Do not wait for a severance to be signed/validated. Outplacement is most accepted when someone can start working with our consultants as soon as they learn about their transition. If the leader does not sign their severance, we will end our services and will not invoice the company.

No. Navigate Forward exclusively supports executives. Our approach works well at the Senior Director level and above. We do not offer outplacement support for the broader organization.

There are no time limits to our support as we are outcome-based. Executive job search is highly variable for each person. We support our clients until they land in a new role or reach their desired destination.
