As Navigate Forward’s Office and Client Services Coordinator, Amira supports both the client experience and the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. With a passion for organization and efficiency, she brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to her role.
Amira’s background includes leadership in operations and administration across various industries. As Operations Manager at First Step Home Loans, she developed workflows and systems for a growing brokerage, managed complex transactions, and supervised office operations. She also worked as an Administrative and Marketing Assistant for small and mid-sized businesses, helping to streamline communications, enhance processes, and manage digital tools. Most recently, she supported veterinary research at the Morris Animal Foundation by coordinating projects, managing large-scale data, and contributing to workplace culture initiatives. Amira also holds a Workflow Specialist Certificate from Asana, which has strengthened her skills in project management and productivity—capabilities she consistently applies in her professional roles.
Outside of work, Amira enjoys staying active through hiking and Pilates, and she enjoys painting with the goal of participating in Twin Cities art fairs by 2026. She is also passionate about giving back to her community and has volunteered with The Delores Project in the past. She lives in the Twin Cities area with her husband, their husky Louie, and their cat Luna.
