Mindee Kastelic
Vice President, Corporate Partnerships
As vice president of corporate partnerships, Mindee Kastelic works directly with senior level human resources leaders to provide high-touch, outcome-based services for companies planning for and navigating change.
Her wide-ranging experience includes a focus on strategic growth and corporate partnerships. During her eleven years at the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, Kastelic amassed an expansive network of executive leaders and established herself as a trusted business partner. Known as a natural connector and strategic thinker, Mindee is recognized for her ability to provide value and serve others during times of transition.
Kastelic holds a degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and she’s a graduate of the St. Thomas Executive Program. Her volunteer work has also helped her build relationships with senior business leaders, especially her recent three-year term as chair of the American Lung Association’s local leadership board and her service on their upper midwest regional board.
In her free time, Kastelic enjoys traveling with family and cheering her teenage boys on ice rinks around town and beyond!
