Janet brings extensive experience across corporate and not-for-profit sectors and is known for building trusted partnerships with her clients. She works with leaders and teams to align strengths, clarify development priorities, and translate insight into sustained performance improvement.
Previously, Janet was a Senior Consultant with The Kaleidoscope Group, where she led DEI-focused leadership development initiatives and created a cultural coaching model. She has also held consulting roles with The Executive Edge and began her career in organizational development at Ameritech Communications, supporting large-scale culture change efforts.
She specializes in executive coaching, leadership and team development, organizational effectiveness, and diversity and inclusion. Janet partners with leaders to navigate communication challenges, leadership transitions, and organizational change, helping them strengthen performance and lead with greater impact.
Janet holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and a Master of Arts in Social Policy and Administration from the University of Chicago, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan.
Outside of work, Janet enjoys spending time with her husband, three young adult children, and friends. She also enjoys walking, writing, listening to music, practicing yoga, and spending time by a lake.
