As the director of marketing and communications, Lauren collaborates with team members and guides the strategy to advance the Navigate Forward brand through our distinctive thought leadership, earned media coverage, speaking opportunities, and events.

With over 20 years of marketing and corporate communications experience, Lauren has worked in organizations of all sizes—from start-ups to publicly traded companies. Before working with Navigate Forward, she led marketing for a Minnesota-based contact center, managing three brands simultaneously. She also directed marketing strategy for a leadership and organizational consulting firm before relocating to the Twin Cities in 2020.

Lauren earned her B.A. in communication from Hanover College, where she participated in NCAA Division III athletics and became a member of Phi Mu Fraternity. She is also a graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg Executive Education program in digital marketing strategies. As an alumna, Lauren remains active within Phi Mu Fraternity and has served as an area collegiate operations and finance director and chapter advisor. She has also held multiple board positions with Girls on the Run.

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family attending various sporting events and running on the trails near their home with their labrador retriever, Jasper.
