Angela brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across industries, including insurance, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and consumer products, to Navigate Forward. She has held senior executive roles with organizations ranging from Fortune 50 companies to mid-sized businesses, consistently developing people strategies that promote growth and strengthen organizational cultures.
Most recently, as Chief Human Resources Officer at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group, Angela led HR, communications, and facilities, designing innovative succession planning, executive total rewards, and talent acquisition programs that positioned the company for long-term success. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at Thrivent Financial, Bemis Corporation, Pepsi Americas, and Target Corporation. Throughout, she has been recognized for her ability to influence without authority, build authentic partnerships, and implement right-sized solutions that balance business needs with employee engagement.
Angela is deeply passionate about coaching and executive development, having co-created a regional leadership program that continues to strengthen leaders and organizations in the community. She served on several advisory boards and has been an active advocate for leadership growth and talent development throughout her career.
Angela earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida State University and is a diehard Seminole fan.
She lives in Appleton, Wisconsin with her husband, two daughters, and a “ridiculous” number of pets—including three rescue dogs; Dolly Parton, Betty White, and Stellaluna. Their son lives in Greenville, South Carolina, and the family enjoys visiting whenever they can.
