An accomplished human resources leader and entrepreneur, Bunny Robinson excels at connecting senior leaders with new opportunities. For more than 25 years, she has served as lead principal of Robinson-Robinson & Associates, a boutique retained executive search firm specializing in inclusive, balanced and diverse recruiting for senior leaders.
As a self-described lifelong learner, her career journey features a variety of experiences, including many where pioneering a path for others served as a motivator. Her previous work includes positions in employee communications and human resources, broadcasting, advertising and educational publishing. Bunny also serves as a contract mediator for the Minnesota Department of Education.
Currently, she holds volunteer positions as a board member of Missions Inc. Programs and a member of the Women’s Association of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities.
A Chicago native, Bunny completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois then achieved an MA in organizational leadership from the University of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a lifelong supporter of the arts, especially live performances, and enjoys reading, walking, traveling and being a grandmother of five.
