Dan Wegner

Vice President, Executive Transition Services & Organizational Effectiveness

Two elements define Dan Wegner’s career: empowering people to thrive, and optimizing performance to drive business results. His work at Navigate Forward enables him to support both passions.

Dan leads our Executive Transition Services practice, where he works one-on-one with senior leaders to define—and reach—their ideal career opportunity. He welcomes new clients to our services by learning their goals and communication styles, then matching each individual with the right lead consultant. Behind the scenes, Dan leverages his skills to help our organization scale for growth, work efficiently and delight our valued clients.

Dan brings significant career development and outplacement experience to his role. For more than a decade, he led the regional career transition coaching practice for Lee Hecht Harrison, a Global 500 human resources and talent solutions firm. He holds certifications as both an Executive Coach and Career Consultant, with more than 8,000 hours of executive career coaching experience. He founded and led his own executive career coaching firm, and has held corporate leadership roles in marketing, human capital management, organizational development, business development and operations.

Outside the office, Dan serves on the board of directors for the Center of Influence Network, a business incubator. He volunteers as adjunct career coach at the University of Denver, and regularly presents motivational career workshops to professional career transition groups.

Dan and his family make their home in Boulder, Colorado, where you’ll often find him cycling through the beautiful Rocky Mountain scenery, participating in endurance events or peddling away to raise money for charity.
