You can join us with donations to four respected non-profits. Navigate Forward will match the first $2,000 in contributions to each organization.

A former executive recruiter and HR leader, Jill joined Navigate Forward in 2011. She brings an assertive yet empathetic attitude and a spirit of collaboration to all her engagements.

In the second quarter of 2023, Navigate Forward made more than $10,000 in charitable contributions to nearly 40 non-profit organizations around the country. Our executive consultants also volunteered their time and expertise with BIPOC board of director candidates.

Patty joined Navigate Forward in 2017 and leads our newest practice area, Legacy Planning. She’s a former CHRO who loves supporting executives in their career, board or retirement journeys.

We’re welcoming more new team members this spring, including the first practice lead for our flagship Executive Transition Services offering and our first full-time COO.
