Every time a senior leader lands a new position or speaks at our weekly forums, we make a contribution to the non-profit of their choice.

Philanthropy and community service are cornerstones of Navigate Forward. This quarter we teamed up with the Women Corporate Directors association in their work to diversify boards, and made contributions to 45 non-profits on behalf of our clients, speakers and supporters.

Forve joins Navigate Forward as SVP of Strategic Relationships & Business Expansion, bringing more than two decades of experience in executive search and outplacement. She will replace Diane Kozlak, EVP Sales, who leaves her role to begin her encore chapter on April 1, 2021.
