An experienced human resources executive and sought-after leadership consultant, Brad Thomas serves as a catalyst and coach to accelerate board, CEO and executive team performance. At Navigate Forward, he guides senior leaders as they navigate career transition, prepare for board roles or plan for retirement.

Executives appreciate Brad’s business savvy, his focus on growth, and his ability to mentor and develop talented leaders. His corporate experience spans multiple industries, from aerospace, consumer products and financial services to manufacturing, medical devices and publishing.

Prior to joining Navigate Forward, Brad served as CHRO at five public companies and founded his consulting firm, The Impact Group, in 2008, where he continues to advise executive teams and provide interim HR leadership. Internationally, he led HR teams in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, Canada and the Americas.

A former captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villanova University, and an M.B.A. from Virginia Tech. He is also a graduate of General Electric’s Global HR Leadership Program.

Brad makes his home in Arlington, Virginia, where you’ll often find him restoring classic automobiles, keeping in shape with his Peloton bicycle or hunting for vintage stereo equipment.
