At Navigate Forward, we believe in the power of people to truly make a difference for others. It’s why we encourage our team—and our clients—to be “relentlessly helpful” on a daily basis. Even when career transition is unexpected or difficult, we see that spirit of generosity and gratitude attracting positive results.

Sets Philanthropy Goal for 2024

This quarter, we launched our 2024 charitable giving campaign. As a member of the Minnesota Keystone Program, we once again made a formal pledge for our corporate philanthropy.

In 2023, Navigate Forward donated $40,000 to more than 100 non-profits around the country. For 2024, we will put our profits into practice with a similar goal of donating at least 5 percent of our pre-tax earnings to deserving causes.

During the first quarter, Navigate Forward donated more than $11,000 to organizations around the country.

“As our business grows, we want our charitable footprint to keep pace,” noted Anne Sample, CEO of Navigate Forward. “Making a commitment to giving back is something our founders started and that we’re pleased to continue today.”

During Q1, the Navigate Forward team also shared our time and expertise with two worthy causes in the Twin Cities.

In January, our leadership team attended the annual Martin Luther King Day breakfast at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Keynote speaker Marley Dias discussed the importance of elevating new voices for justice and equality.

Afterwards, several executive consultants joined us as we served lunch to patients, caregivers and staff at Hope Lodge in Minneapolis. This American Cancer Society facility provides important services, lodging and community to those seeking treatment at nearby healthcare sites.

In February, we partnered with the Women Corporate Directors Association to support their latest cohort of aspiring board members. CEO Anne Sample and LinkedIn Practice Lead Richard Dodson presented an in-person workshop on becoming “board ready” and using LinkedIn effectively in the board search process.

Navigate Forward has been involved with this inspiring WCD program since its inception. We are pleased to to help develop a pipeline of talented female and BIPOC leaders who will serve on private or public company boards.

Sponsors Community Events in April

Looking ahead, we’re excited to support two upcoming charitable events in Minneapolis. We invite our community to join us in attending the Northside Achievement Zone gala on April 20, and the Habitat for Humanity gala on April 27. We are proud to sponsor these community-building causes.
