Navigate Forward welcomes two new executive consultants to our team.
- Bunny Robinson brings more than 25 years of experience in retained executive search, specializing in diverse and inclusive talent management.
- Mary Kloehn, one of Navigate Forward’s founding partners, rejoins us as an executive consultant specializing in our Board Readiness service.
Their talents expand the Navigate Forward team to sixteen executive consultants, all working one-on-one to help senior leaders find their next opportunity.

Meet Bunny Robinson
Bunny Robinson, Executive Consultant
Bunny Robinson is an accomplished human resources leader and entrepreneur. For more than 25 years, she has served as lead principal of Robinson-Robinson & Associates, a boutique executive search firm specializing in inclusive, balanced and diverse recruiting for senior leaders.
She is known for approaching her work in talent management, diversity and inclusion with with patience, persistence, passion and creativity—attributes she will continue to leverage in her work with Navigate Forward.
“I appreciate the Navigate Forward model and their values. I’m looking forward to being a part of hands-on coaching engagements with executives,” she said. “It’s a different take on the skillsets I use every day in my recruiting practice.”
Meet Mary Kloehn
Mary Kloehn, Executive Consultant
Mary Kloehn is an entrepreneurial business leader, corporate executive and most notably, co-founder of Navigate Forward. After selling the business in 2018, we are delighted to welcome her back as an executive consultant.
Mary now works exclusively with senior executives who are seeking corporate board of director service, as part of our Board Readiness practice.
“I love working with executives and helping them find their path into board service; it’s very rewarding, especially when they get on that first board and call you to celebrate with them,” she said.
She added, “Since I left, I’ve watched Anne do all the right things. I wanted to be part of her team and help her to continue to grow Navigate Forward.”
