As our resident copyeditor, Dorothy helps senior leaders shine with communications that are clear, concise, and compelling.

Dorothy is an experienced writer and editor with a variety of communications experience, including content management, public and media relations, and event marketing. She holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College and runs her own business, Rand Communications.

Dorothy also practices her craft in support of various non-profit and educational causes. She currently serves as President of the Susan Lindgren Elementary Parent Teacher Organization in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.

When not writing and editing, she stays busy cooking, teaching herself modern calligraphy, and hiking with her husband, two children and dog.
