Strengthening Our Client Service Team to Drive Executive Transition Success

At Navigate Forward, growth is never growth for growth’s sake. A single purpose drives every investment we make in our team: to serve executives better as they navigate pivotal career transitions with clarity, confidence, and intention.

As demand for our services continues to rise, we are excited to share several important updates with our Client Services leadership team. These changes reflect both our momentum as an organization and our unwavering commitment to helping leaders achieve lasting executive transition success.

We are proud to formally introduce Angela Creel as Navigate Forward’s Senior Vice President of Client Services.

Angela brings deep experience leading high-performing teams, building scalable client service models, and partnering closely with senior leaders during moments of complexity and change. Her background spans organizational leadership, executive coaching, and strategic client engagement, making her uniquely suited to guide and elevate the experience we deliver to every executive we serve. Not to mention, she is an alumna of our services and has experienced Navigate Forward as a client in the past.

In her role, Angela oversees our client services strategy end-to-end, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across engagements. She works closely with our practice leads to align each client’s goals with a tailored, human-centered approach that reflects Navigate Forward’s values and standards.

Angela’s leadership allows us to scale thoughtfully while preserving what matters most: personalized guidance, trusted relationships, and outcomes that extend well beyond the job search. Her arrival represents a significant step forward in our ability to deliver exceptional results and long-term executive transition success.

We are also excited to announce that Andrew Craven has transitioned from Executive Consultant to Senior Director of Client Services.

Andrew has long been a trusted advisor to executives navigating career change, known for his strategic insight, calm presence, and deep understanding of leadership transitions. In this expanded role, Andrew will continue working directly with executive clients while taking on broader responsibilities supporting our consultant bench and client service operations.

His dual perspective as both consultant and client services leader strengthens our ability to continuously refine and improve the executive experience.

Growth With Purpose

These leadership updates arrive at a critical time for Navigate Forward. As our consultant bench has grown to 31 diverse and accomplished executive experts and our reach continues to expand into new markets, our focus stays clear: providing thoughtful, high-touch support to executives during one of the most important moments of their careers.

Angela and Andrew embody the values that define Navigate Forward: expertise and service excellence, confidentiality, compassion, accountability, and a deep respect for the complexity of executive transitions. Their leadership strengthens our foundation and positions us for continued growth without compromising the quality and care that our clients expect.
