Navigate Forward Passes the Torch to New Owner, Anne Sample

Minneapolis, MN – Navigate Forward, a consulting firm that works with executives in transition, announces the sale of the firm to Anne deBruin Sample.  Anne takes the helm from Founders, Teresa Daly and Mary Kloehn, who opened the firm in early 2008.  Sample is a seasoned business leader who has held the top HR and Strategy roles at PepsiAmericas, Thrivent Financial and most recently, Caribou Coffee.

Anne holds an MBA from the University of Toledo and a BS from Ohio State University.  Active in the community, Anne is the former Board Chair for Light of Hope and School for Girls in Kenya and volunteers for Opportunity International, ACES and Habitat for Humanity. Anne has been recognized as a Women in Business Industry Leader by the Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal.  She serves on the Board of Directors of MyMeds, a MN based healthcare startup.  A frequent speaker at HR professional organizations and conferences, Anne is often asked to share her approach on leadership, culture, and strategic HR thinking. Anne is also an active member of HREC, an organization serving senior level HR Executives in Minnesota.
