Help Us Give Back! Navigate Forward to Match Client, Alumni Charitable Donations in October

Fall ‘Charity of Choice’ Campaign Supports Four Respected Non-Profits

This October, Navigate Forward will gather our valued community of clients, alumni, search professionals and HR leaders for our first face-to-face Boomerang celebration since the pandemic. Our longstanding “Charity of Choice” initiative will play a significant role in the event, with Navigate Forward pledging a total of $15,000 in charitable contributions to deserving non-profits.

Our network of supporters can participate by making donations to four respected organizations. Navigate Forward will match the first $2,000 in contributions to each of these non-profits:

Matchable donations can be made through November 3, 2023 at our secure GiveMN site or during the Boomerang event on October 25, 2023.

A Longstanding Charitable Tradition

The upcoming Boomerang activity will continue a strong philanthropic effort in 2023. In the third quarter alone, Navigate Forward donated $4,600 to nearly two dozen organizations, with each contribution made on behalf of a Navigate Forward client.

Each time an executive lands a new role, secures a board seat or achieves their next opportunity, we make a donation in their name to the non-profit of their choice.

From January through September 2023, Navigate Forward has donated more than $20,000 to non-profits around the country.

Keeping Pace with Leading Twin Cities’ Companies

Minnesota Keystone Program logoOur philanthropic efforts support our membership in the Minnesota Keystone Program. For nearly 50 years, this group has recognized Minnesota businesses that donate at least two percent of their pre-tax earnings to charitable organizations. In 2022, Navigate Forward donated more than five percent of our pre-tax earnings.

Founding members include Carlson Companies, Graco, RBC Wealth Management, Star Tribune, Target and Wells Fargo. The current roster numbers more than 200 businesses.

“Putting our profits into practice has always been a core value at Navigate Forward,” explains CEO Anne Sample. “Combining our Charity of Choice tradition with the return of Boomerang gives us a chance to magnify our reach, and to involve our clients and alumni. We’re excited to bring this campaign to life and to see measurable results in our communities.”

How to Get Involved

Ready to give back? Donate on our GiveMN page through November 3, 2023 and we’ll include your contribution toward our matching donation.

Attending Boomerang on October 25? See if we draw your name during the event. We’ll award five $1,000 Charity of Choice donations on the spot, with our non-profit recipients chosen by a Boomerang attendee.
