Clients, alumni and friends of Navigate Forward may rarely meet Morgan Winston face-to-face, but it’s her work behind the scenes that keeps our engagements flowing smoothly. As Manager of Operations and Communications, she provides invaluable administrative support to our entire leadership team and executive consultants. She literally helps us keep the lights on!

In her communications role, Morgan manages the Navigate Forward brand, overseeing our website, email communications and growing social media presence. In her operational capacity, she handles everything from new client onboarding to Zoom technical support for our virtual services.

As a passionate photographer and music fan, she maintains her own business, Morgan Winston Photography, where she specializes in capturing the energy and personality of live music. We also tap her talents behind the camera to document our special events and weekly executive forums.

Morgan holds a B.A. in communication arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with certificates in digital cinema production and digital studies. Prior to joining Navigate Forward, she honed her communication and customer service skills with work as a production assistant for a media production company, a supervisory role at a theater box office and photojournalism positions in both newspaper and magazine settings.

Outside the office, you’ll find Morgan and her camera at local music venues like First Avenue and the Palace Theater, as well as traveling to festivals like SXSW and Pitchfork. She’s an avid biker, a fraternal twin and a cat lover; her current four-legged friend is named Katniss.
