Liesl Forve thrives on building relationships and helping others, a passion she’s able to fulfill through her work with senior executives at Navigate Forward. She’s spent the last decade engaging with companies around the country to support their talent management goals.

She knows the industry well. Prior to joining Navigate Forward, Liesl held senior sales positions at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Williams Executive Search and other outplacement and executive search firms. She also worked in advertising sales within the performing arts as a representative for the Twin Cities-based Arts & Custom Publishing.

Curious and energetic, Liesl prides herself on being a lifelong learner and someone who loves to laugh. Like others at Navigate Forward, she believes in the power of community involvement. She is a current member of the Soroptimist Club and a past board member of the Guthrie Theater, Ivey Awards and WAMSO, a volunteer association for the Minnesota Orchestra.

A recent transplant to Oregon after 35 years in Minnesota, Liesl enjoys cooking, reading, knitting, walking, biking and gathering with friends. She loves to travel and visited all 50 states before the age of 50. She and her husband are now pursuing two new milestones: visiting all the Major League Baseball parks and presidential libraries.
