Her global experience includes leading talent, culture, and recruiting initiatives for both Fortune 100 companies and high-growth startups, including Comcast, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, and Sonora Quest Laboratories. She has built high-performing teams, developed leaders, and shaped inclusive talent strategies that drive impact.
In 2019, Chelle founded Best You Talent Advisors and Best You Career Connectors, a Denver-based executive search and coaching firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations grow with purpose. A master’s-level executive coach fluent in English and Spanish, she integrates neuroscience, Positive Intelligence®, and values-based leadership into her work worldwide.
Outside of work, Chelle enjoys hiking Colorado trails, traveling, and spending time with her husband of 23 years and their two teen daughters. She is passionate about empowering women in leadership and building communities that connect heart, mind, and mission.
