Navigate Forward Supports 123 Non-Profits in 2020

More Charitable Giving Planned During Connect 2021 Event

Philanthropy and community service are cornerstones of Navigate Forward. As life gives us—and our valued clients—new opportunities, we try and reciprocate with partnerships that strengthen our communities and the lives of those around us.

A Tradition of Giving Back

Our founders Teresa Daly and Mary Kloehn inspired this longstanding tradition. Every year since our inception in 2008, we set a charitable goal to donate between 3-5 percent of our annual revenue.

Our clients, alumni, speakers and supporters help direct our philanthropy. When a senior leader lands a new position, we make a contribution to their charity of choice. We make a similar donation on behalf of each speaker at our weekly executive forums. And, at our upcoming Connect 2021 event on January 21, we’ll award even more support to deserving non-profits that our event attendees nominate.

2020 Charitable Highlights

  • Donated three percent of our annual revenue in 2020.
  • Contributed to 51 non-profit organizations during Q4 2020.
  • Supported a total of 123 charitable causes in 2020.

These are small ways that we can emphasize our values and help put profit into practice. We appreciate the good works provided by these and countless other non-profits.
