THREE SEASONED LEADERS FORM
EXECUTIVE TRANSITION SERVICES FIRM
MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. (March 7, 2008) – Three long-time colleagues, Teresa Daly, Susan McGrath Flagler and Mary Kloehn, have formed Navigate Forward, an executive transition services consulting firm.
The three principles and founders have deep experience in serving executives in transition. They will serve metro Twin Cities and greater Minnesota companies that need senior level outplacement, executives preparing to transition to their next career or life phase, and dual career couples considering relocation to the Twin Cities or returning from an international assignment.
As a small boutique firm, they will offer customized and highly personalized services for leaders who want to build significance and legacy within their organizations and their communities.
Most recently, McGrath Flagler was director of client services with BluePrint, Daly was president of the Prouty Project, and Kloehn was president of Integrated Knowledge Systems.
