July 2009 - Teresa Daly was a panelist at the 2009 Minnesota Digital Government Summit. She spoke on The Workplace of the Future: People, Processes and Tools. The traditional workplace continues to change due in large to technology advances and the need to minimize costs. This has resulted in an ever increasing demand for employees to work remotely. Teresa addressed the implications that a virtual workplace can have on company culture, employee engagement, and employee retention.
