Mary Kloehn is an entrepreneurial business owner with both small company and large corporate experience.  She is a distinguished executive with broad and deep knowledge gained over more than two decades in business leadership and consulting. As a consultant, Mary has partnered with numerous CEO’s, Senior Leaders, HR Executives, Attorneys, Non-profit Executives, etc. to help them make successful transitions into more significant and/or meaningful career opportunities.  She is respected for her ability to coach senior level executives through complex transitions affecting their business, career and life stages. As a senior business executive, she has an impressive track record of improving performance, leadership and profitability. She is an expert in building organizations with the vision, energy and culture to thrive in competitive and rapidly changing environments.

Prior to starting Navigate Forward, Inc. with business partner, Teresa Daly, Mary was President of Integrated Knowledge Systems, a human performance consulting firm. Previous to that, she was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Midwest region of Right Management Consultants, a $500M human capital consulting firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Manpower, Inc. Earlier in her career, she led the organizational consulting division of a boutique workforce consulting firm; worked for the Central Intelligence Agency in Washington D.C. and Latin America; and held Vice President positions in training and development within the retail and fashion industries.

Mary has a long history of community leadership and currently serves as Secretary on the Red Cross Board and is on the Board of the Cookie Cart.  She is also President of the Minneapolis Women’s Rotary and serves on the Business Committee for the Women’s Club.  In the past she served as Board Chair and on the Executive Committee for Junior Achievement, a member of the Employee Benefits Committee of the Minneapolis Club, a Board Member of the YWCA, a member of the Governance Committee of the Women’s Foundation, mentor for Minnesota 100, the capital and fund raising committee for Junior Achievement, advertising chair for the WAMSO Symphony Ball, and fundraising chair for WAMSO’s Young Audiences program.

Mary has excellent business and consulting credentials and experience, but it is her high energy, straight talk and keen sense of humor that inspire trust and confidence. She is fearless and absolutely confident that change is really an opportunity for adventure.
