As a member of the Navigate Forward team, Partner at Schall Executive Search and corporate human resources/industrial relations professional, Jill has been working with executives in various capacities for more than 25 years. Now in her tenth year at Schall Executive Search, Jill has both boutique and multi-national search firm experience. Prior to her executive recruiting career, she spent seven years in labor relations and human resources management positions with LTV Steel and Schlumberger, Ltd. Her breadth of experience provides Jill with the right tools to assist executives in transition.
Jill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Jill currently serves on the boards of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and The Schubert Club. She is a former board member of the Minnesota Museum of American Art, Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties, Landmark Center, and Summit Hill Association. She is also a cellist in the St. Paul Civic Symphony in St. Paul.
