Teresa Daly is a businesswoman with more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership and consulting.Her expertise lies in building strong leaders by working with individuals to uncover their assets and capitalize on their strengths.  She has worked with politicians, CEOs and entrepreneurs.
Previously, Teresa served as president of the Prouty Project, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, team development and organizational performance. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president for Right Management Consultants, a global firm specializing in career transition and organizational performance.  During her tenure with Right, she received the Chairman’s Award and was appointed to the President’s Advisory Council.

Teresa is also a dedicated mentor and public servant who ran for the U.S. Congress in Minnesota’s 2nd District in 2004 and served on the Burnsville City Council from 2002-2006. She is currently the Chair of the Winner’s Circle for womenwinning and serves on the boards of the Cowles Center for the Performing Arts and The Raptor Center.

In addition, Teresa founded the Burnsville Chapter and chaired the national board for Hope for Tomorrow, a mentoring program for 8th / 9th  grade girls designed to improve their chances for success in their lives.  Her past board service has also included the Association of Career Professionals International, DARTS, womenwinning, and the Normandale Community College Foundation.

 

 

Teresa has been recognized with numerous awards and recognitions including the Individual Champion of Women Award from the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce, the Spirit of Caring Award from the Community Action Council, and the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Minnesota Economic Development Association (MEDA).  In 2009, she was recognized as one of 25 “Women to Watch” by the Minneapolis Business Journal; and in 2012, Teresa and her business partner Mary Kloehn were given the Vision Award by the Minnesota Chapter of NAWBO, the National Association of Women Business Owners. 

For over 5 years, Teresa taught classes on strategic human resources at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and still presents as a guest speaker.  She is a frequent keynote and community speaker at conferences, universities, and professional organizations. 

Teresa’s expertise is helping companies get results by building strong leaders and developing effective workforce strategies. But, it is her contagious enthusiasm, curiosity and vision that motivate the individuals she coaches to find - and follow - their dreams.
