Teresa Daly is a woman of many talents. She is a businesswoman with nearly 20 years of experience in executive leadership and consulting, and a dedicated mentor and public servant. She has been an instructor and frequent speaker at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management since 1999 and has also spoken at the Association for Strategic Planning and Midwest regional conferences for the Society for Human Resource Management.  She is a frequent keynote speaker at Universities, conferences and professional associations.

Most recently, she served as president of the Prouty Project, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, team development and organizational performance. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president for Right Management Consultants, a global firm specializing in career transition and organizational performance.  During her tenure with Right, she received the Chairman’s Award and was appointed to the President’s Advisory Council.

Teresa has served on the board and as international president of the Association of Career Professionals International, and the board of DARTS, a non-profit organization serving the elderly and disabled.  She currently serves on the boards for womenwinning, the Normandale Community College Foundation, and Hope for Tomorrow which is a mentoring program for young women.  

From 2002-2006, Teresa served on the Burnsville, MN, City Council, and in 2004, she ran for U.S. Congress in Minnesota’s 2nd District. Teresa is the recipient of numerous community service awards for educational and business mentorship, services for battered women, and promoting women and minority-owned businesses.

Teresa’s expertise is helping companies get results by building strong leaders and developing effective workforce strategies. But, it is her contagious enthusiasm, curiosity and vision that motivate the individuals she coaches to find - and follow - their dreams.
